Course Introduction

Poor communication is often a contributory factor in many of today’s business problems. The ability to communicate with team members is essential, yet many leaders fear face-to-face communication. This course explains how structured communication can motivate and engender co-operation between team members, and explains how to achieve this.

Course Objectives

  • To give participants an introduction to skills required in face-to-face communication
  • To give participants the confidence to communicate face-to-face with their teams.
  • To enable participants to use communication as an opportunity for motivation.

Target Audience

Either when introducing a briefing system into a Company, or to enable newly promoted team leaders to develop confidence in communicating with their teams.
