Course Introduction

Continuous Improvement methodologies are playing an increasing part in the ability of companies to obtain and maintain competitive advantage. Traditionally, management have been seen as the people who improve the business, Continuous Improvement means involving all personnel within the business in the activity of improvement, both now and in the future.

Course Objectives

  • To introduce participants to the concepts of Continuous Improvement
  • To identify how Continuous Improvement can be introduced into a Company
  • Development of an action plans detailing areas where CI can be introduced.

Target Audience

Personnel who are new to the concepts of Continuous Improvement at all levels of the Company.
