All managers have to solve problems and make decisions regularly. Decisions made at any level within a company, eventually affect the profitability and effectiveness of the whole organisation.

Course Objectives

The overall aim of the programme is to enable participants to improve the quality of their decisions and, by using a selection of problem-solving and decision making techniques, increase their confidence in the decisions made.
