Course No. ML06
Every manager knows that delegation has benefits, but not every manager does it. Some of those that do delegate are aware that they could do it better. Delegating well means breaking the fire-fighting cycle and gaining more time to use for planning and forecasting. When managers have learnt the secrets of effective delegation, staff are motivated by the development opportunities that delegation brings.
Active participation through group-work and case studies, guided by experienced facilitator. Attention is given to potential pitfalls as well as good practice.
