Course Introduction

Change is inevitable and change is constant. Even small changes disturb morale and productivity. By learning the simple rules for effectively managing change, costly disruption of staff can be minimised.

Course Objectives

Workshop with a large degree of active participation. Emphasis is placed on how to plan for and implement change in the light of research-based evidence of human reactions to change. The course introduces useful theories and offers even more useful practical ideas for implementation. When implemented a great deal of stress can be avoided by both management and workforce.
