Course No. ML20
This course teaches participants how to handle team members more effectively, build rapport with people, act assertively rather than aggressively, handle meetings, and deal with conflict within the team. It includes a series of practical exercises designed to illustrate the learning points involved. This course builds on some of the material within the teamwork and leadership course, so it is useful if participants have attended this course first.

Personnel who are new to first line supervision in a manufacturing environment. Personnel who are acting in a supporting role to manufacturing management, or those who are likely to be promoted into such a role.
