Course No. PD09
In order to survive in the globally competitive world, we have to accept that more output is often expected from less resources, including people. This inevitably causes difficulty prioritising work and proportioning time appropriately. Those who learn the right techniques for managing time are able to avoid entering the downward spiral of stress and feeling of failure common in many work situations.
The course begins by inviting participants to describe their own work situations and time management problems to a partner participant. Advice and techniques are given to the group by the facilitator and further exercises are used to assist assimilation.
People at every level of organisation, especially those whose role comprises a wide range of tasks and where meeting deadlines are crucial. .
