Course Introduction

Everything has to be marketed, whether it is a tangible product like machinery or food, or a less tangible service like legal advice or insurance. This applies equally across both private and public sector organisations. If you cannot sell your service or product, you cannot develop it to the degree you know is possible.

Course Objectives

Participants will learn the basic principles of marketing and look at ways of improving their own effectiveness in the workplace by employing simple marketing techniques. The style is a mixture of tutor input, discussion groups and case studies.

Target Audience

Managers, consortium members and proprietors of small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s).
