Course Introduction

With organisational structures becoming flatter and external competition putting pressure on prices and fees, managers cannot carry any passengers. Optimum performance is required from every member of the organisation. Only the organisations where managers know how to get the golden eggs of performance without killing the golden goose will thrive.

Course Objectives

Participants will be shown that managing performance is much more than imposing discipline. The psychology driving peoples actions will be discussed and various tools will be examined and practised with.
