Course Introduction

All managers are asked from time to time to supply information in the form of a formal report. For some this is a frequent occurrence, for others less so. The style and quality of the report can affect readers’ opinions of the competence of the author as a manager. Effective managers give a professional impression through well-researched, well-presented delivery of information.

Course Objectives

Participants will be made aware of the conventions employed in compiling reports through a mixture of tutor input, case studies and exercises. The course emphasises where appropriate, the style of report preferred by the client organisations.
