Productivity, innovation and morale are all affected by the state of working relationships; e.g. manager to operative, colleague to colleague, staff to customers and public. Poor relationships cause stress and unhappiness to people, often leading to costly absenteeism as well as low productivity. This workshop shows how to work with difficult people in a more harmonious way.
Case studies, group-work and role-plays followed by constructive, supportive feedback enable participants to improve confidence in a safe atmosphere.
